Aliens: Sacrifice was a one-shot prestige-format comic book published by Dark Horse Comics in May 1993 collecting a story originally serialized in Dark Horse UK's Aliens title (aka Aliens Magazine) issues 9-12 from March-June 1993.

Written by Peter Milligan with painted illustrations and cover art by Paul Johnson, the story was lettered by Ellie de Ville and edited by Dick Hansom. It was first collected along with the story Aliens: Salvation in the tradepaperback Aliens: Salvation and Sacrifice in March 2001. It was finally collected in Aliens Omnibus: Volume 3 in March 2008.

The story is set in the fictional Alien universe sometime after the Alien infestation of Earth. At the time of release it was heralded by Dark Horse as "perhaps the most emotionally powerful Aliens tale you will ever read."

In the Aliens comics line, the story was published concurrently with Aliens: Colonial Marines (Jan. 1993-July 1994), the reprinting of Aliens: Countdown (March-April 1993), and Aliens: Rogue (April-July 1993). It was followed by Aliens: Crusade (July 1993-March 1994) in the UK and Aliens: Backsplash (Aug.-Sept. 1993) in the US.
